SuKura Webster

SuKura earned her Bachelor of Art in Sociology from California State University- Northridge. SuKura has also earned a master’s in science in Criminology from Regis University and a master’s in art in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Over the years SuKura has gained experience working with symptoms of anxiety, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), depression, couples, self-esteem, and complex trauma. SuKura’s goal is to help individuals heal from past and current hurts, establish boundaries, communicate needs and develop awareness, SuKura’ truly believes individuals are the expert of their lives and she is along on the journey. SuKura creates an atmosphere where individuals can feel safe and show up authentically themselves.

SuKura takes a client’s center approach meaning individuals are the expert of their lives. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative and solution focused.
